Maurizio, a renowned university professor and esteemed manager in the industry, is as a thought leader with over 25 years of extensive experience encompassing research, technology development, technology transfer, management, and sales.Presently, he serves as the Head of Digital Enterprise Business for the ProcessIndustry at Siemens Digital Industries.

Maurizio holds numerous patents and has co-authored and delivered more 150 technical papers and presentations to industrial international conferences. He is also board member of the European Federation of Chemical Engineering with focus on digitalization.
