Mark Matzopoulos Joins the Hexxcell Technical Advisory Board

We are pleased to announce that Mark Matzopoulos has become a member of Hexxcell Technical Advisory Board. Mark is a seasoned Chemical Engineer with over four decades of experience in the application of simulation and mathematical modeling for industrial processes, spanning sectors such as oil & gas, refining, food, pharmaceuticals, and clean energy. 

Having managed his own consultancy businesses in the 1990s he was a founder shareholder of ProcessSystems Enterprise (PSE), the creators of the gPROMS advanced process modelling software. Mark played a critical role in elevating PSE from an Imperial College London spin-out to a global company and its acquisition by Siemens AG. He concluded his professional career with his retirement in 2022.
